ALEX NAIDOVSKI
Alex has extensive experience in all areas of Family Law practice including property and parenting matters, child relocations, child support issues, spouse maintenance and de facto property matters, having practiced exclusively in the Family Law Jurisdiction since his admission.
Alex is an experienced advocate, having been a Care & Protection Advocate whilst employed at Legal Aid NSW. Aside from appearing as an Advocate in various Supreme, District and Children’s Court matters, Alex has extensive experience in conducting interim, interlocutory and final hearings in the Family Court of Australia and the Federal Circuit Court.
Although an experienced and determined litigator, Alex is committed to ensuring clients resolve their disputes in the most constructive manner available including, wherever possible, without having to experience the emotional distress, time and expense of going to Court.
Alex has practised as in Independent Children’s Lawyer since 2011 and is appointed to Legal Aid’s General Family Law panel.
Dom LENNON
Dom has extensive experience in all areas of family law practice including property and parenting matters, child relocations, child support issues, spouse maintenance and de facto property matters
Prior to focussing on family law, Dom held a number of commercial law roles including advising a Government Department, representing business clients in relation to transactional and litigation matters and undertaking extensive estate planning and litigation.
With his broad experience base, Dom has created strong relationships within the community and a reputation for direct and realistic advice.
Dom has extensive experience conducting interim, interlocutory and final hearings in the Family Court of Australia, the Federal Circuit Court and Children’s Court.
